Following is information you may find helpful when planning a visit to the Minnesota Judicial Center at 25 Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd.
Ramp, lot and street parking are available near the Minnesota Judicial Center (MJC). The lots and ramps are indicated on the map below. Further information is found below the map.

Street parking at meters is available on Rev Dr Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Robert Street and on the east side of the MJC.
Ramp parking is available on the Orange Level of the Centennial Ramp which is immediately across from the Minnesota Judicial Center entrance on Rev Dr Martin Luther King Jr Blvd. The entrance to the ramp is marked by a orange sign titled Public Metered Parking and is entered from Rev Dr Martin Luther King Jr Blvd off Cedar Street from the West and Jackson Street from the East. Parking costs $0.25 for 15 minutes and can be purchased in increments of 15 minutes with a maximum of 3 hours. Additional time cannot be purchased until the original time has expired. The Pay Station accepts quarters only.Procedures for parking in the Centennial ramp are as follows:
All Day Parking - If you plan to spend the day, you can buy an all-day visitor parking permit from Plant Management [Administration Building, 50 Sherburne Avenue, ground floor (Room G-10), 651-201-2300] for $5.00 (exact change or a check). This is approximately half the cost of all day parking using the metered spaces. A permit may be purchased for multiple days but no refunds are given. The permit may be used in the orange level of the Centennial Ramp or Lot Q.
Disability parking is available in the Centennial Ramp on all levels, the blue level being most accessible to the MJC. Additional disability parking is located directly behind the Capitol (Lot N), west of the State Office Building (between Lots D and E), and in most other lots in the Capitol complex.
